I don’t like diets. Largely because I like food. Especially sausages, pasta, chocolate, peanut butter, crisps and cake with a nice cup of tea.
But I don’t want to turn into a bloater. So I run about a bit in an attempt to burn off the excess calories. I’m still probably a little bit over my “ideal” weight according to the BMI chart, but at least I’m relatively happy. People on diets often look a bit miserable, don’t they?
So, this is my blog about running. And eating. I’m carrying a little passenger at the moment too, so there’s a bit here about being pregnant too. While running. And eating.
